Blidi Wreh-Wilson off the board
UConn CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, who many pegged as a potential Day 2 draft pick for the New England Patriots, has been selected with the 70th pick in the draft by the Tennessee Titans.
The Patriots had the opportunity to take Wreh-Wilson if they wanted to; but passed at Picks 52 and 59 in favor of linebacker Jamie Collins and receiver Aaron Dobson. These picks address the need at pass rush and receiving, but concerns remain in the secondary. It will be interesting to see what direction the team goes with the 83rd pick in the draft, which is coming up shortly. Stay tuned.
