Report: Aaron Hernandez destroyed security system, cell phone

Things keep sounding more and more sketchy with the Aaron Hernandez murder connection.

The Patriots tight end was spotted driving to both Gillette Stadium and then his lawyer in Boston today. A report was released earlier today that said he was going to be arrested, that has yet to happen. A conflicting report came out denying it as well.

Still, some more details have emerged that would seem very suspicious in relation to this homicide.

ABC News:
Police are back at the home of New England Patriot's tight end Aaron Hernandez today with another warrant based on evidence that "he destroyed his home security system,'' an investigator close to the case told ABC News.

The investigator, and other law enforcement sources, confirmed that the security system - which included video surveillance - was smashed intentionally.

And a cell phone used by Hernandez was handed over to investigators "in pieces'' by his attorneys, the sources said.

Police also want to know why a team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub Hernandez's mansion, sources told ABC News.

We've said it a million times, until we have more facts, we can't make any judgements on Hernandez. However, everytime we get more facts it looks worse and worse.

Even if Hernandez wasn't directly involved in the murder of Odin Lloyd, the fact that he is destroying evidence, as it would appear based in ABC's report, makes him an accessory. It is looking highly unlikely that the tight end will come away from this situation unscathed.

Hernandez has been the center of this case since Tuesday afternoon. A body of one of his associates, Lloyd, was found close to a mile from his house in North Attleboro. A rental car registered to Hernandez was found close to the victim's body. Police have been in and out of the Hernandez estate ever since.

ABC also reports that police believe Lloyd was killed sometime between 1 am and 6 am on Monday. Last night, Fox25 reported that Aaron Hernandez, Lloyd, and two other men were driving back to North Attleboro from a club in Boston. Lloyd was the only one that did not arrive back to Hernandez's home.

Hernandez is also being sued by a former associate with a criminal past, who claims the tight end shot him in the face, costing hi his right eye.
