The Aaron Hernandez shooting a guy in the face suit re-filed today

Criminal record of the guy accusing Hernandez of shooting him, since the alleged shooting

News broke yesterday that Aaron Hernandez was being accused of shooting a man, Alexander Bradley, in the face. Bradley claims to have lost an eye in the altercation. The suit was originally thrown out due to some paper work errors (apparently they wrote there were screws in the arm, not face) but now it has been refiled.

The lawsuit against Aaron Hernandez has been refiled in South Florida district court, as plaintiff's atty told @USATODAYsports Wed it would.

With that re-filing, there's a new summons for Hernandez to answer the suit within 21 days.

Bradley's record could lend less credibility to his suit, but you have to question who Hernandez is hanging out with. In the past few days we've heard that Hernandez's friends have gang affiliations. Bradley is from Hernandez's home state of Connecticut as well.
