Bill Parcells Thinks the Miami Dolphins Could Win the AFC East

In a recent interview with masslive, Bill Parcells announced his support for the Miami Dolphins in the AFC East. Parcells believes that with the way the division is panning out, the Dolphins could be competitive or win it.

Jeff Ireland, Dolphins GM, has certainly made that the goal for the Dolphins through his offseason moves of signing big names of Dannell Ellerbe (former Ravens LB) and Mike Wallace (former Steelers WR). In addition, it is expected by most prognosticators that the Patriots' chances at another Super Bowl are diminishing by the day as Gronk's back continues to deteriorate, Aaron Hernandez rots in prison, and Alfonzo Dennard flirts with violating his probation.

Parcells was quoted recently saying that he wishes things ended on better terms in New England because he knew how much young talent the Patriots. So, Parcells has now come out in support of the Dolphins after inadvertently reducing the merit of Bill Belichick's Super Bowls. Awesome. He is on his way to mending the broken relationship he left behind with the Patriots organization and Robert Kraft.
