Bristol County Sheriff Blocks Aaron Hernandez's Marriage Request

There has not been a good story involving Aaron Hernandez ever since this murder investigation began. That is unless you count stories like him being apprehended, or this one: Hernandez will not be granted his marriage request.

The main reason that experts believe Hernandez wanted to marry is so his fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, would not have to testify against him in court. However, Sheriff Thomas Hodgson of Bristol County (where Hernandez is being held) said the following about his denial of Hernandez's request:

"We're not going to revamp our entire security system to perform marriages inside our prison. If you want to get married, what you do is, you stay out of jail," said Sheriff Hodgson.

According to the ESPN report, Hernandez is currently held in a single person prison with a sink and toilet. He is allowed three hours outside, but he will not be able to see other inmates for at least another week. In my opinion, it should be forever that he is in a cell alone. He has possibly been responsible for three deaths, one man in a coma, and one man being wounded in the arm, and that is only the investigations we have heard about. From all reports, Hernandez will be a hero in jail because of his gang affiliations, his murders, and his status as a professional football player. He does not deserve that.
