Happy Birthday, Tom!
Happy Birthday to our quarterback and leader, Tom Brady!
TB12 turns 36 today and was very reflective about the years he's spent with the Patriots when talking to the Boston Globe. When asked if he had any plans, he responded in true workman fashion: "Practice. At 9 o'clock." Tom looks back and is amazed how fast time has gone.
“My 30th birthday I think we had the day off, because I had a barbecue on my roof deck. A surprise birthday party. That was a long time ago. Six years ago — oh my God.’
As for training camp. Tom is taking it day to day.
“I feel better as camp goes along. Every day I feel like my legs get more under me. My arm gets better, so I’m enjoying it. I love this sport, I love playing it, I love being out here with my teammates and playing."
At 36, Tom has got a lot left in the tank but is entering this year with quite a bit of uncertainty. With that said I wouldn't want anyone under center other than Tom Terrific. @joeloobs @PatriotsLife
