Patrick Chung loving the Philly lifestyle

Last year, Patrick Chung was a go to guy for Brady and the Patriots. This year, well not so much. Yesterday at practice, he spent much of the day breaking up a skirmish between the teams in 11 v. 11 drills, but the Philly safeties spent the day in another way, getting destroyed by Patriots QB Tom Brady. According to the Boston Herald, Chung believes that his former team will be just fine, even though they are dealing with the fallout from Hernandez being arrested and Welker leaving. When asked on the murder charge in general, Chung stated:

“I can’t really talk about that stuff,” Chung said. "I honestly didn’t talk to them about any of that stuff, because it’s not any of my business. That’s not my situation, so I can’t speak on it, but I know they’re not going to be down. They’re a very good team, a very strong mental team,” Chung said. “Whatever happens, happens.”

The biggest thing noticed by the Herald was that Chung tried to make an impact on his defense, even after Brady had crushed them from any angle. With Cooper saying racial slurs, and the overall problems for the Eagles, Chung may need to be that team player in Philly, and s far, he looks to be it, even though it doesn't make much of a difference.
