Dashon Goldson wins appeal, will play Patriots

According to ESPN, Dashon Goldson of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has won his appeal against the hit he put on Saints running back Darren Sproles. He was instead fined a total of $100,000 for the hit, which was delegated to be "helmet to helmet" by the league. He was also fined $30,000 for a hit that he laid out on week one of the NFL Season

Goldson has 15 personal fouls since 2010, which is more then any player in the league according to espn.com

So what does this mean for the Patriots? Well here is what it means, he has to be on a VERY VERY short leash, and they must watch him like a hawk... two major hits in two weeks, there is nothing stopping this guy from coming in and leveling one out on us just for fun. He knows what he can do now to keep it under a suspension, and he will have no problem taking out one of our guys if the time comes, and lets face it, we can NOT afford any injury right now.
