Stevan Ridley could miss Sunday's game [Update]

The Patriots starting running back, Stevan Ridley, has seen his playing time dip ever since fumbling twice against the Buffalo Bills in Week 1. This after a training camp where fumbling was also an issue. With the carries he has gotten, he's failed to do much to impress compared to his compatriots, Brandon Bolden, LeGarrette Blount and even injured Shane Vereen.

Now, he could be missing his first game of the season with a knee injury.

While the injury was reported as not being serious, it's apparently severe enough where he could miss an important game against the dangerous Bengals. Without Ridley, the Patriots would be down to Blount, Bolden and Leon Washington, who has seen virtually no playing time all season.

[Update]

Stevan Ridley is out, officially.
