Video: Julian Edelman catches punts with Google Glass

For those that don't know, Google Glass is essentially a wearable smartphone-type device. It's not currently available for consumers, though some developer versions were released to a select view as part of the "Explorer" program. Around the time the project was first announced Google released this concept video of where they hoped to take Glass.

Anyway, imagine the kind of film teams could get if all players were wearing glass. They could not only see what happened in the All-22 film, but they could see what the player saw from their Google Glass cam. Some pretty cool stuff, but not likely to be widely adopted in the league anytime soon.
