Antonio Smith accuses Patriots of spying on Houston defense

Just mere hours after losing to the Patriots, Texans DE Antonio Smith is already calling foul play.

According to Smith, the Texans added new wrinkles to their defense to combat Brady and the Pats’ offense, but the Patriots knew they were coming before they happened.
I'm very suspicious. I just think it will be a big coincidence if that just happened by chance. I don't know for sure, but I just know it was something that we practiced this week. When you watch film of the team do something a certain way all the time no matter what team they play -- it's been 12 games played and they always did it -- and then all of a sudden it's changed? It was pretty clever and pretty suspicious.

Seems to me that Smith is making up an excuse for losing the game.

Here is my personal favorite quote:
Either teams are spying on us or scouting us.

I’m not sure Antonio Smith realizes that scouting the opponent is part of the game. He will be shocked to find out that the Texans scouted us before todays game.
