Mankins on Texans D: "If they're not celebrating, if they're not getting that camera time, they get mad"

The Patriots moved the ball pretty effectively against the best defense in the league today.

Tom Brady had 371 passing yards and was sacked just once, as he regularly had all day to throw in the pocket.

One of the men responsible for that time, Patriots guard Logan Mankins, talked post-game about that Texans D. Offering some praise for J.J. Watt but also some criticism of their diva defense.

CSNNE:
And the Texans kept getting frustrated, according to Mankins.

"Those guys are used to making so many plays, when they're not making plays, they do get frustrated," he said. "Those are guys that every play they make, they have to go celebrate. So if they're not celebrating, if they're not getting that camera time, they get mad."

True enough.

Watt specifically has been all around the camera, appearing in commercials and even in a slightly recurring role on FX's comedy "The League" this year.

Houston hasn't exactly been known as the most mentally tough team. Since getting blown out by the Patriots on a big Monday Night football last year, they went in the tank - losing all of their remaining games in the regular season. In fact, the Texans have only won three games since that night.

Mankins is one of the toughest players in the NFL, if he's calling you out, you need to take a look in the mirror.

Given what Mankins is saying, it's no wonder Antonio Smith was whining to the media afterwards.
