Patriots up to 6th in scoring after Gronk's return

Mike Reiss tweeted out (see below) that the Patriots are now up to 6th in scoring, up from 22nd pre-Gronk's return. According to Mike Reiss, the Patriots are now averaging 26.8 points per game.

That's all well and good, and it shows how valuable Gronk has been to this Patriots offense. The question I think most Patriots fans have is can this 6th-ranked offense make up for a depleted defense come playoff time. Personally, I know I have my doubts, but for now, the Pats are at least getting it done on one side of the ball. It will probably mean an early exit from the playoffs, though, as much as I'd like to believe otherwise.
