Rob Gronkowski dresses up like an elf

Rob Gronkowski isn’t going to let a blown out knee turn him into a Scrooge this holiday season.

Gronk, who will have surgery on a torn ACL in a few weeks, traded in his shoulder pads for an elf suit Tuesday to spread some Christmas cheer at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Gronk and teammate Stevan Ridley handed out presents, narrated “Twas The Night Before Christmas” and had plenty of fun with the kids during the visit.
