The Patriots receiver shuffle continues, one is out, two more could be in

The Patriots injury report for the week makes the receiver position a little bit murky.

The Pats have been without undrafted rookie standout Kenbrell Thompkins the past two weeks, and they've been without rookie second round pick Aaron Dobson in the past three weeks. In their stead, rookie Josh Boyce has had to fill in, and has done an up and down job.

This week the rookie receiver carousel will continue. Boyce has been listed as out while Dobson and Thompkins look like they might return.

Boston Herald:
Thompkins and fellow rookie Aaron Dobson, who has missed three games with a foot injury, are expected back at an important time as the Patriots reshape their offense without Rob Gronkowski. The pair came to the aid of one another as they coped with their injuries.

The Patriots could use all the help they can get after they lost tight end Rob Gronkowski for the season in Week 14.
