After the absolute crushing defeat of the Indianapolis Colts tonight, there is without a doubt a standout. That standout is LeGarrette Blount, and his record shattering performance on the field tonight. Didn't get to watch? just look at these tweets to find it all out...

and an interesting tidbit..

Did you get all that? If not here is a list for you... quite a game to say the least

- 4 Rushing TD's: sets new Franchise record for Regular AND Playoff games

- 73 Yard TD Run: 2nd longest in Patriots Playoff history

- 166 rushing yards: Ties Patriots postseason record with Curtis Martin in 1997. (note: he had 169 to break record but later lost yardage)

- 431 Rushing yards and 8 TDs in the last three games (just an interesting tidbit)

It should also be noted that while the six touchdowns is second in the NFL, it is a new franchise record for regular and post-season games.

One thing is for certain, LeGarrette Blount has made his name known in New England, and whether it be the Chargers or Bronco's next weekend, they better take time and prepare for Blount let alone the Patriots. Because as of now, he is unstoppable and is showing no signs of slowing down!
