Tom Brady first to 6,000 postseason passing yards

Tom Brady added yet another great achievement to his illustrious career.

Brady needed only 51 yards in last night's divisional playoff game against the Colts to reach 6K. The one thing that the impressive number of 6K shows is that Tommy Boy is just a winner. He has played in 25 postseason games in his career, averaging 240 yards per contest. He wins football games, it is as simple as that. Since 2001, Brady has been to 8 AFC Championships and 5 Super Bowls. That takes a winner at the helms and a big arm to get it done.

Tom Brady accomplishes a great throwing feat while all of the buzz surrounding last night's contest was the incredible 6 rushing touchdown performance from the Patriots running backs. Part of their success was due to Brady's game management and his lack of selfishness as he constantly checked into run plays at the line of scrimmage.

He just wants to win championships any way possible and that drive is his best quality as a player. Congrats to Brady.
