Video: Patriots meet Sam Berns back in October

Sam Berns was taken by Robert Kraft to meet the Patriots back in October before their game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Berns struggled with a rare disease called progeria. He unfortunately passed away last night. He was set to be an honorary captain in today's game.
