Aaron Dobson plans to work out with Tom Brady

Organized workouts might not begin until April, but wide receiver Aaron Dobson says he plans to work out with Tom Brady in Los Angeles, according to NESN. This is not uncommon, as wide receiver Julian Edelman moved to LA in 2010 in case Brady had an urge to throw according to NESN. Dobson had the best year for a rookie in the Brady era, but struggled to get on the same page as Brady at times.

Per NESN:

Dobson had the most productive season of a Patriots rookie wide receiver since Brady took over as the team’s starting quarterback in 2001. Dobson had 37 catches for 519 yards with four touchdowns in 2013. He played in 12 games, starting nine.

Dobson does have potential, but struggled at times to get on the same page as Tom Brady during the season, as I mentioned above, and this should go a long way to help the chemistry between the 2, assuming he follows through with his plan to go out there.

Dobson is resting right now on a stress fracture and the team will know if Dobson needs surgery in a couple of weeks according to NESN, but he'll probably go out when he's healthy.
