Logan Ryan keeping tabs on Aqib Talib

They're teammates first, but awesome high-five partners second

Everyone wants to know if Aqib Talib is staying with the Patriots. Obviously for us fans, he is the best corner on roster (or I guess not technically on roster) and might well be the best corner available in free agency. But even players are wondering what is in store for their former teammate.

Logan Ryan in particular has been keeping up with all the rumors and gossip surrounding Talib:

Boston Herald:

"I see what everyone else sees. That's about it. People try to ask me for inside information and I watch SportsCenter like everyone else. Aqib's a great guy. He's a great player. I've learned a lot from him. I would love to play with him more. But I also wish the best for him and his family and the decision he has to make, and the decision the Patriots have to make."

Ryan himself put together quite a season last year, leading the team with 5 picks, so with or without Talib, he's sure to make a difference coming into next season.

Basically Bob Kraft, if you read this blog (and let's be honest you should because it's the best), please please please re-sign Talib. It's pretty straight forward.
