Chris Johnson visits with Jets today

Former Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson has been spotted in New York for a meeting with the New York Jets according to Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter

It may be obvious, but the Jets most likely do not want Johnson leaving there without a contract. He would join RB Chris Ivory, who probably won't stay healthy throughout the year. He would also join Michael Vick as someone who would be competing for an opening day spot. Johnson has the ability to be an opening week starter for the Jets, and the position is probably his is he really wants it.
