Patriots bring in Austin Seferian-Jenkins for a workout

According to NESN, the Patriots hosted Austin Seferian-Jenkins yesterday on a pre draft visit.

THIS IS AWESOME! I love S-J and with the parade of players that the Patriots have brought through Foxboro so far, I was worried we wouldn’t get to see S-J make his way through the hallowed halls of Patriots place. But he was here and this is a good sign. Mainly because it means hopefully he is on the Pats’ radar, which is where I think he should be. I am 100% biased, I want the Pats to draft Austin at #29. I think, from everything I’ve seen and read, he seems perfect for this offense and the perfect piece to play with Gronk when he is healthy and can play without Gronk and the offense still doesn't need to change.

Jenkins is a big boy, standing 6-foot-6 and 262-pounds. He’s known for his offensive abilities - he had 36 catches for 450 yards and eight touchdowns last season - but also for being a strong blocker, something that was seriously lacking in the Pats offense once Gronk went down.

I love this kid and am super glad he was brought in for a visit. Hopefully he’ll be able to call this place home.
