Robert Kraft says he and Dominique Easley are brothers

Yep, you read that right. Doug Kyed tweeted out (below) that Robert Kraft said that he and 1st round pick Dominique Easely are "brothers, part of the same fraternity" at Easely's unveiling in Foxborough this morning.



Robert Kraft also cracked a joke about his age compared to his newest first round pick. Kraft has been through 21 drafts. Easely is 22, so the first time Robert Kraft went through the process of the NFL Draft, Easely was barely walking, if at all. Of course, I can't really share the joke with Kraft - I'm 23, only a year older than Easely.

Here's what Easely had to say at his intro, per the Boston Globe:

“I’ve been watching them for years, so it’s a blessing and it’s an honor,” Easley said. “I plan to do everything that they ask me to, and do it to the best ability that I can.”

“We’re a little behind,” Easley said Belichick told them. “We have work to do. Everybody wants to be great, so we’ve got a lot of work to do.”

We'll see how he performs come game-time, but he's got immense upside if he stays healthy.
