Brandon LaFell states Patriots work harder than Panthers

Brandon LaFell has spent the past four years with the Carolina Panthers, and he is now getting a taste of what it takes to be a New England Patriot.

“The way we work, the way we practice, is all new [to me]. It’s not like we didn’t work hard in Carolina, but we work a little harder here. We’re throwing in a whole lot of plays every day,” LaFell said. “At the same time you’re a professional, man. You gotta be able to do it. There’s going to be times during the season when we come in on Monday and throw in eight plays, come back in on Thursday and throw in another eight. It’s pretty much getting us prepared for the season. The harder it is now, the easier it will be on Sunday. . . . Winning makes it all worth it.”

It is worth noting that profootballtlak.com stated that LaFell meant no dis-respect towards the Panthers, just that New England was much harder during OTA's than Carolina was.

For a new englander, this news is not too surprising. The Patriots are used to winning, a lot. In order to win you have to practice hard. It shows, it works, and it is proven again and again each season. LaFell may think its tough now, but July 23rd starts a whole other ballgame, and a whole other level of toughness...............also known as Training Camp
