Former Colt Chris Rainey lays into former teammate on Twitter

Former Colts running back Chris Rainey, who was released a few weeks ago, ripped former teammate Daniel "Boom" Herron, who is still with the team, on Twitter. The reason for Rainey's release is still unclear, but his tweets may have shed a little light on the situation.

Rainey deleted the tweets shortly thereafter. It is conceivable that the Colts could have released Rainey because of other off-field or locker room nonsense that may or may not have happened.
