Ras-I Dowling is a Raider
Former Patriots cornerback Ras-I "IR" Dowling has found a new home in Oakland after recently being released by the New York Jets.
Dowling, who was a monumental bust of a draft pick for the Patriots, will be given another shot on the Raiders' practice squad. New England selected him with the first pick of the second round in the 2011 draft (33rd overall).
During his tenure with the team, Ras-I played in a grand total of two games, spending the majority of his time sidelined with a variety of injuries.
