Dominique Easley (74) holding the football after his interception during Week 2 against Minnesota
USA Today Sports
The Patriots have placed rookie defensive lineman Dominique Easley on Injured Reserve due to a knee injury.

Easley finishes the season with 10 tackles, one sack and one interception. That normally wouldn't seem like anything special, but considering he had been coming off an ACL injury he suffered during his final season at the University of Florida, the Patriots got some production out of a player who has been thought of as a longer-term project.

Easley last played against the Chargers two weeks ago and did not record any tackles, sacks or turnovers.
