A nobody linebacker on the Broncos says he hates the Patriots

Somebody said they hate the Patriots? WHAT A SHOCKER!

This time, it was Denver Broncos linebacker Derek Wolfe who lamented his hatred for New England, saying in so many words that he likes Andrew Luck and wants the Indianapolis Colts to win this Sunday.

Per Sam Galanis of NESN.com:

“It’s fun to play against a guy who’s not whining because he gets hit. He knows we’re doing our jobs. He’s a good player, and he’s going to be a great player.”

“(Luck is) growing up. He’s a man. I wish him nothing but the best,” Wolfe said. “I hope they go up to Foxboro, and I hope they whip the Patriots. I hate the Patriots.”

Galanis points out that Wolfe has never beaten the Patriots in his three-year career. He sat out the 2013 AFC Championship Game, the only time the Broncos have beaten New England since 2009.

Wolfe, a third-round pick of the Broncos in 2012, has amassed 91 tackles and 11.5 sacks. So basically, no one really cares what he has to say.
