St. Louis Rams trade QB Sam Bradford to the Philadelphia Eagles

Eliot Shorr Parks, NJ Advance Media:
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, the Eagles have traded quarterback Nick Foles to the St. Louis Rams for quarterback Sam Bradford.

It is unclear at this point if there is any draft picks involved from either team.

Bradford and Foles have each struggled to remain healthy in their NFL careers.

Foles had an 81.4 passer rating in eight games last season with the Eagles.

Bradford missed the entire 2014 season with a torn ACL.

Bradford has a cap hit of $12 million next season.

As for Foles, this ends months of speculation that the team was moving on from him. Head coach Chip Kelly has been hesitant to commit to Foles, despite the quarterback throwing for 27 touchdowns and two interceptions two seasons ago, and going 14-5 as a starting quarterback.
