Philip Rivers won't be traded
With the draft just hours away one of the biggest story lines is still which teams might move up and draft Oregon's Marcus Mariota.
One of those teams that has been rumored in moving up to the second spot in the draft is the San Diego Chargers. Many believing that such a deal would involve Philip Rivers being dealt to the Titans. But the news this morning appears to rule them out of the running.

Its doubtful that the Chargers would have enough ammunition to move up without including Rivers in the trade. If Rivers does stay in San Diego he will be doing so with only one year left on his contract. And with the uncertainty surrounding the Chargers staying in San Diego or moving to Los Angeles a new deal seems unlikely. Making Rivers a name to watch in next years free agency market.
