AFC East Power Rankings - Week 4

We're back with our Week 4 AFC East power rankings, and there's going to be some movement.

Let's get to it.

1. Patriots - "It's the same old story. Same old song and dance." - Aerosmith

This Dallas game is gonna be a lot of fun.

2. Jets - Is anyone surprised they beat Miami? No. But the Dolphins made Ryan Fitzpatrick and Chris Ivory look like superstars. Neither of them are. Sure, the Jets gave up 14 points to an abysmal, Ryan Tannehill-led offense, but it really didn't matter. The defense continues to be a top-flight unit, but I'm interested to see how they'll fare against a really good team... Aka the Patriots. The Jets are off this week.

3. Bills - 17 penalties...17!!! This is becoming a theme in Buffalo, and you can chalk it up to bad coaching. That was one of the biggest differences in the Bills' loss to the Giants. The Giants only scored eight points in the second half, but the Bills dug themselves too big a hole early on. Tyrod Taylor was just OK and the defense allowed 304 yards. Rashad Jennings' 51-yard touchdown reception late in the game was an atrocious showing of tackling on the part of the Bills' defense. Buffalo should fare better against the Titans on Sunday.

4. Dolphins - Where do we even start with this team? Just awful. Tannehill stunk, Lamar Miller stunk, Jarvis Landry stunk, the defense as a whole stunk...and yeah. You get the idea. Miami fired head coach Joe Philbin yesterday, so that might help things. It seems as if he wanted people to go easy on his offense in practice, and that's never a good idea. Miami is also off this week.
