As you'd expect, Tom Brady kills the competition on Thursday night


Dolphins, prepare: Tom Brady doesn't lose on Thursday night.

Hell, Tom Brady doesn't loose all that often, but that's a different (ish) story.

Tomorrow night, TB12 will be starting in his ninth-career Thursday night game since coming into the league, and Brady is a perfect 8-0 in the previous eight starts. Five games have come on short rest such as Thursday Night Football on NFL Network or on Thanksgiving, and three have come on season openers (note: the 2002 season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers was on Monday Night Football).

Let's take a look at the stats, shall we? There's been some struggles mixed in there, highlighted by that horrendous 13-10 win in a monsoon over the Jets in 2013. Otherwise, Brady is nails playing mid-week, as you can see below (home team in caps):
