VIDEO: Top 3 plays from the Patriots' win over the Colts

Colts Week has come and gone with the Patriots getting out of Indy with a win, as pretty much everyone expected. It wasn't as close as a lot of people expected, which made for a more exciting game with a few memorable plays.

1. Colts fake punt attempt

This is just...I don't know what this is. I've seen swinging gates before, but this was so poorly executed that it's probably the single worst play in NFL history. If it's not No. 1, it's gotta be somewhere in the top 5.

2. Jamie Collins PAT block

Holy. S***. Every week, Collins does something to wow you. He's easily one of the best up-and-coming linebackers in the league, and how he hasn't gotten more recognition on a national level is baffling to me. He's a freak athlete and has quickly morphed into one of the Patriots' most important players. He timed the snap perfectly and made this look so easy. I bet anything the Colts will complain to the league about this and try to get the ruled changed to prevent this from happening again.

3. LeGarrette Blount's first career receiving touchdown

We all know Blount has annihilated the Colts defense on a number of occasions. He didn't put up the kind of numbers against them that we're used to seeing this time around, but he had quite a memorable moment in this game. Blount caught his first ever receiving touchdown in this game, which turned out to be the final score for New England. Definitely a nice moment for Blount.

Honorable mention: Blount's 38-yard rushing touchdown

I've seen this happen somewhere before...
