VIDEO: Top 3 plays from the Patriots' win over the Dolphins
The Patriots shut down the Miami Dolphins 36-7 at Gillette Stadium last Thursday night. While it took a little longer than usual for the offense to hit its stride in this one, they were able to end a lot of hype surrounding the suddenly-surging Dolphins. Here are three of the best plays from last week's game.
1. Ryan Tannehill wasn't ready for the snap, gives the Patriots two points
When you snap the ball out of shotgun and the quarterback isn't expecting the ball yet. SAFETY! #MIAvsNE #TNF https://t.co/Wqnfh8pYGd

How funny was this? Backed up at their nine-yard line facing a third-and-10, center Mike Pouncey snapped the football over Ryan Tannehill's shoulder, forcing Tannehill to run back for the ball and recover it in the end zone, which resulted in a safety for the Patriots.
2. Rob Gronkowski's 47-yard touchdown
There goes another team leaving Gronk wide open. There goes Gronk burning another team because they left him wide open. Never fails.
3. Dion Lewis fakes out Koa Misi for a first down
Dion Lewis does something to turn heads every week, and it's fun to watch. Here, he spins away from Dolphins linebacker Koa Misi for a first down in the first quarter.
Honorable mention: Duron Harmon lays out to pick off Ryan Tannehill
Duron Harmon has three interceptions this season, and nearly all of them have been highlight reel-worthy. This one against Ryan Tannehill is no exception.
