“It’s not over ‘til it’s over,” is what we all learned from the New England Patriots’ iconic comeback victory in Super Bowl LI.

Even Atlanta Falcons’ wide receiver Taylor Gabriel knew this.

Despite a massive 21-0 lead after Falcons’ cornerback Robert Alford intercepted Tom Brady for an 82-yard pick-six, Gabriel sensed that the game was never over and it wasn’t going to be easy.

He can be heard, via NFL Network’s “SoundFX,” warning receiver Mohamed Sanu that the Falcons needed to keep playing hard and to not be overconfident.

“It’s Tom Brady though,” Gabriel said to Sanu.

He tried to warn them, but no one listened. The Patriots ended up scoring 31 unanswered points to claim their fifth championship.
