John’s Well-Educated Guesses: Wildcard Weekend

It’s always been my dream to start a blog series that would go until the end of the season.  This is one blog in that series, and I will answer for my predictions next week.
Disclaimer: My takes are almost always correct.  So buckle up- buckaroo.

It’s the best weekend of the year homies.  Wildcard weekend with a bye.  We get to watch our enemies knock the absolute shit out of each other without a worry in the world.  Sitting at the #1 seed.

Normally I do crazy predictions on what is going to happen.  Here I will bet you on the score and give a brief analysis.

Saturday at 4:35 PM

Titans - 10
Chiefs – 28

Analysis:  Titans stink bro.  Bring on the Chiefs for a Week 1 rematch.

Saturday at 8:15 PM

Falcons- 31
Rams- 27

Analysis:  A battle of good offenses.  The Rams are the new kid in town, and the Falcons have a chip on their shoulder from last year.  I didn’t think the Falcons would even make the playoffs, but here they are.  That being said, I like experience.  They will stop Todd Gurley and score enough to win a close one.

Sunday at 1:05

Bills- 13
Jaguars- 24

Analysis:  Bills mafia is gonna be lit in Florida.  I think they are a competitive team, even if they backed in the playoffs.  I expect a close game, but I also expect Shady not to play.  So Buffalo is toast.

Sunday at 4:40

Panthers- 21
Saints-  28

Analysis:  Saints are legit af.  Those two running backs are something to see and Brees can still beat you through the air.  Funny how they were so bad in Week 2 and now they are going to the Divisional Round.
