The Oakland Raiders have signed free agent wide receiver Jordy Nelson to a two-year, $15 million deal, according to multiple reports.

The Raiders, along with the Patriots, were viewed as Nelson's preferred destinations. With the signing of Nelson, rumors are the Raiders could cut Michael Crabtree, whom the Patriots could take a look at if they want to add another wide receiver in free agency.
The Raiders also added veteran running back Doug Martin in free agency, giving them a 1,000-yard rusher and a pass-catching threat in their backfield despite being largely ineffective the last two seasons.
With Marshawn Lynch, Jalen Richard and a slew of other running backs, Martin figures to be a complimentary piece unless the 29-year-old can be close to what he was when he came into the NFL in 2012.
