Tom Brady acknowledges that he needs to have better ball distribution

As most quarterbacks do when they are down and the game is on the line, they look for their most trusted weapons. This was put on full display during the loss to the Titans.

Julian Edelman and Josh Gordon were each targeted 12 times, while the other receivers totaled around 3.

“I have to figure out a way to get the ball to everybody, so we can all make plays,” Brady said Monday. “When everyone is making plays, I think our offense is tough to stop. That will certainly be something we try to focus on and make sure everyone is getting looks they deserve and make plays when we get them.”

It is very difficult to be able to survey the whole field in less than 2 to 3 seconds, so forcing the ball and hoping your top guys can make a play seems like the logical option under pressure.

Luckily, the Pats are on their bye-week and should have Rob Gronkowski and Rex Burkhead back soon, so look for the offense to be back to its old self in the final stretch of the season.
