Colts sign Hoyer in attempt to siphon off anything related to success

The second stint as backup to Tom Brady has ended for Brian Hoyer.  Tom Brady loved having him as a backup, but more as a voice of reason and bring him back to center when he was veering off course.  Hoyer has been around the league, played for many different teams and offenses, so he's no dummy.  He never looked bad in preseason, but he's not Tom Brady and that's a problem, and he's no spring chicken either, ie, Jarrett Stidham.

Dat der is da breaks, son.  Hoyer at least signed a 3-year, $12 million contract with the loser Colts, backing up yet another former Patriots quarterback, Jacoby Brissett.  Indianapolis, don't they do nuclear testing there?  Good thing he's already married with a family.  Can you imagine trying to cruise the nightlife of Indianapolis for a soulmate?  Mutants galore.  I'm so lucky to be good looking, don't know how you ugly asses get out of bed in the morning.  Farewell Brian Hoyer, lock up that ring, better yet, leave it in a safe around here.

Pissa,
TC
