Brady is reportedly OK, teammates react

With thousands of fans in the stands happily watching a practice where most of the Patriots team was clicking, the life was sucked out of the entire area code within seconds. The crowd was dead silent, except for the occasional "oh no..." and I swear that the old lady in front of me ripped out a good portion of hair from her head. Tom Brady was down... He went back in to finish the "drive", which comforted us all for the time, but that was soon shattered when TB12 was nowhere to be found and whispers of ESPN breaking news on the injury began getting around.

If you were one of the reported 8,000 people at Training Camp like myself and PatriotsLife head Mike Saver, you probably haven't felt your heart stop beating since Brady hit the ground. Although the fog isn't totally cleared, it appears that Brady will be fine and is now listed as day-to-day. So let's take a minute to breath...

Anyways, fans weren't the only ones freaking out over the Brady injury. According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, many of Brady's teammates were "real down" and "very scared" when their star quarterback hit the ground. Not surprising considering the success of the entire team basically rests on Brady's shoulders. What was surprising however was that Chandler Jones reportedly had no idea that Brady's injury was something to even be worried about...
So maybe the injury did not come off as major to some teammates? Not sure, so take this or leave it as whatever you want. Signs point to Brady being OK, and we should all just hope that is the case. It's okay to breath now.
