Tom Brady, starters likely to sit out tonight's game

Don't expect to see much of Tom Brady and the Patriots first team as the club moves onto focusing on Week 1 of the regular season.

The Boston Globe also reports that many other starting players will miss the game as well.

These guys are running the show tonight
Brady has usually played in the preseason finale, but never very much. While the third preseason game is seen as the most important. The fourth is often viewed as the most insignificant. Teams are already moving on and preparing for their regular season openers. With the game coming so close to that date, the coaching staff wants to minimize the risk of injury to key players. Who could blame them?

No Brady doesn't mean no storylines though.

Patriots fans should be paying attention to Tim Tebow's performance most of all. If he plays poorly, you might never have to hear his name in the NFL again.

Another player to watch is Adrian Wilson. The vet has struggled in pass coverage, which dates back to his final season in Arizona last year. He got a long look in the third preseason game, which many are taking to mean he's being evaluated closely.

I'll also be watching Aaron Dobson, Zach Sudfeld and Brandon Bolden. Sudfeld and Bolden need to bounce back from a disastrous game against the Lions. Both put the ball on the ground. Dobson has yet to shine in preseason, which would be nice to see from your second round draft pick.
