Ravens still "quite interested" in Julian Edelman
It appears that the Pats are in a race with the Ravens for Julian Edelman's services.
Reports of the Ravens interest surfaced yesterday after Edelman failed to reach a deal with the Patriots before free agency kicked off.
After Baltimore locked up receiver Jacoby Jones on a four year deal, some speculated that the Ravens may be moving on. Not so apparently.
Ravens remain quite interested in WR Julian Edelman. Pats want him back too. Other teams in the mix

In addition to that, it appears that maybe the market for Edelman is starting to heat up as time goes by.

Edelman will probably sign somewhere sooner than later, but the good news it that the Patriots are still interested in bringing him back. They can't afford to overpay too much for him though, considering they already have Danny Amendola on the books for $4,575,000 against the cap. The Pats probably don't want to lock themselves into the poor array of weapons they had on offense last year.
