Wesley Woodyard's visit with Patriots "went great", but left without contract

Yesterday LB Wesley Woodyard visited the Patriots, while his old team was out stomping on the hearts and souls of every Patriots fan in the world. According to him (and Josina Anderson), the meeting went extremely well:

However, he did leave without a contract and with other teams giving a lot of interest in Woodyard, I had hoped he wouldn't have left Foxboro without signing, but hopefully the good meeting sits well with him and he'll come back wanting more.
