The team of lawyers for Aaron Hernandez asked a judge to approve their subpoena against the New England Patriots to gain access to his medical / psychological records from when he was a part of the team.

A judge had granted them access to the records stating that the Patriots had until July to give them up. But Hernandez's team states that the records are crucial to the case, and would like to have them within 30 days.

According to CSNNE.com, the records are said to be including but not limited to psychological testing, medication records, X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, drug or alcohol abuse-related records, other medical records, physical therapy records, scouting reports, and investigative reports.

Hernandez also faces two murder charges in the deaths of two men in the south end in 2012, which is said to be the motive behind the Odin Lloyd killing.
