Dominique Easley travels with team; will play Sunday
According to Boston Herald beat writer Jeff Howe, Patriots' 2014 first round pick Dominique Easley will make his regular season debut on Sunday in Miami, which comes as a bit of a surprise as he did not play a snap in the preseason as he continues to rehab from his most recent ACL injury.
The Patriots took the definition of a "high-risk, high-reward" player when they selected Easley with the 29th pick in the draft. He suffered a torn ACL in the early stages of his 2013 season at Florida, which comes after he tore his other ACL in 2011. But for the team, the upside was too high to pass him up, particulalry with interior pass rush being a distinct area of need for the team in recent seasons.
Looks like we will all get our first look at Dom this Sunday.
