As part of the build up to this season, we've been taking a look at the over/under on several key players. Past articles include Tom Brady TD passes, Danny Amendola receptions, and so on. Today under the microscope: Will Stevan Ridley hit 1,000 rushing yards this season?

Over/Under: 1,000 ruhsing yards
Prediction: 850 yards

There's a good reason for my prediction of 850 yards: Stevan Ridley's fumbling issues last season. He fumbled 3 times and I don't see that getting better this season. And that'll keep Ridley from breaking 1,000 yards for the 2nd time in his career. The first time was back in 2012, when he hit 1,263 yards.

There's also the fact that he'll be splitting a lot of time with one Shane Vereen, who was out for most of last season, but should see significant playing time along with Ridley this year. I think they'll be sharing the majority of the workload in the run game.

Ridley will still have a solid season, but his fumbling issues and having to split time with Shane Vereen will ultimately keep him under 1,000 yards. Thoughts? Vote in our poll below or leave a comment below.
