Stephen Gostkowski wins AFC Special Teams Player of the Week

Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski took home his third ever AFC Special Teams Player of the Week award after his 54-yard field goal with six seconds left propelled the Patriots to a gritty 27-26 win over the vaunted New York Giants.

Gostkowski is now the Patriots' all-time leader in field goals made with 264, passing Adam Vinatieri's record of 263. So far this season, he is 21-for-21 on field goal attempts and has made all 34 of his extra point attempts.
