Patriots cut Leonard Johnson

USA Today Sports
Leonard Johnson quickly won over Patriots fans with his hilarious on-field dance moves, but it looks like those days are over.

The Pats cut Johnson last night after signing him on Dec. 9 to fill the No. 3 cornerback role. He started the year on the Buccaneers' injured reserve list with a designation to return, and the Pats scooped him up as soon as he was cut.

Johnson played in four games, making three starts. His biggest moment came in his first game with the Pats when he broke up a fourth down pass play by the Texans inside the red zone and started dancing after the play.

There was also this third down stop he made earlier in the game where he showed off why he should be on "Dancing With the Stars."

Hopefully the Patriots can find a way to bring him back. I want more of this.
