Tom Brady officially files petition for Deflategate rehearing
It's now official - Tom Brady and his lawyers will officially file a petition for an "en banc" hearing for the Deflategate case. His four-game suspension was reinstated by a three-judge panel in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit a few weeks ago.

Today was the deadline for Brady to file the petition, and he's getting the announcement out of the way early this morning.
